I am a PhD candidate in the Conroy Paleoclimatology and Climate lab. My research focuses on using lake sediments and shallow surface geophysics to examine past environments and climates. Currently, I use sediment records from shallow lakes on Christmas Island to understand the Holocene climate of the central Pacific. My past studies include the deglacial environment of the Huron-Erie Lobe in northwest Ohio and the hydrogeology and water quality of Illinois Beach State Park.

I enjoy running with my dog, cycling, planting native vegetation, food and company. As a Michigan native, I seek out the north when possible, especially for skiing
